By booking a demo or signing up for Valley Automations's services, you agree to these terms.
Description of service
Valley Automations offers a free demo where we send an automated text-back reply to your own phone to show what a missed-call response looks like. If you become a customer, we install and manage automated missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, review requests, and invoice reminders for service businesses in East Valley, Arizona.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes, to provide accurate information when signing up, and not to use our text messaging tools to send spam, unsolicited marketing to people who haven't consented, or any illegal content.
Payment and billing
Plans are billed monthly at the rate agreed to when you sign up, plus any one-time setup fee. Prices are confirmed before your service goes live.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund fees already paid.
No warranties
Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific business result.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep your automations running reliably, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, missed messages, or third-party tools we connect to.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let active customers know if changes materially affect them.
